Summary: We went for our summer vacation. 4 of us total plus our dog. House was very comfortable. The golf cart was a great addition to the house to access the beach as it is a few blocks away. Beach access with the cart was very easy. Kitchen was well equipped and we made a few meals which was nice. The living room and the kitchen are all in one big room so it was nice to be able to be together with the family while cooking. The back porch was great for morning coffee and reading. Overall an excellent experience.

Summary: We took our 16 yo son, two grown sons, granddaughter, one girlfriend of a son, and our dachshund. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week and more. The AC was due for minor maintenance on the day that we arrived and Dustin was very helpful and prompt with getting it done within minutes of contacting him. The golf cart was key to making the trips to the beach and back extremely pleasant!
